Noun clause and Causative verb

noun clause adalah klausa yg berfungsi sebagai kata benda, nah klausa itu gabungan dua kata atau lebih yang bersifat predikatif.. jadi noun clause adalah gabungan dua kata benda atau lebih yang bersifat predikatif atau predikat dalam kata-kata benda (noun clause). "menurut gw sok tahu

Macam-macam noun clause or Kinds of noun clause :
1.    Noun clause sebagai subjek kalimat (subject of a sentence)
2.    Noun clause sebagai objek (object of a transitive verb)
3.    Noun clause sebagai objek preposisi (object of a preposition)
4.    Noun clause sebagai pelengkap (complement)
5.    Noun clause sebagai pemberi keterangan tambahan (noun in apposition)

Example~
Question :
a~. where does she live ?
b~. what did he say ?
c~. when do they arrive ?
Noun Clause :
a~. i don't know where she lives.
b~. i couldn't hear what he said.
c~. do you know when they arrive.

Exercise 
1. (how old is he?) I don't know how old he is
2. (what was he talking about?) What he was talking about was interesting.
9. (why did they leave the country) why they did left the country is a secret.


causative verb adalah kata kerja yg menunjukkan bahwa subjek bukan yg bertanggung jawab atas kejadian yg berlangsung melainkan hal lain.

Exercise~ 
1.  we .... (the house / paint) at the moment.
~~ we are having the painted at the moment.
2.  .... (you / your hair / cut) last week?
~~  did you have hair cut last week?
10.  they .... (the classrom / clean) now.
~~  they have the classrom cleaned now.
